Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

At HelpBro (by Ehsan Enterprises), we understand that repair requirements can change. You can cancel your order under the following terms:

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before the product is handed over to our courier partner. Full 100% refund will be processed immediately.
• After Dispatch: If the shipment has already been dispatched, order cancellation may not be possible. You may refuse the delivery at your doorstep or initiate a return request after receiving the parcel.

2. Refund Eligibility & Process

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• Damaged / Defective Spare Parts: If you receive a physically damaged, burnt, or malfunctioning HVAC spare part, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/videos to support@helpbro.in or Helpline +91 7520201947.
• Incorrect Item Received: If the received item does not match the product serial/description ordered, a 100% replacement or refund will be initiated.
• Lost in Transit: If a shipment is lost by our courier partner, a full refund or immediate re-shipment will be provided.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are excluded from returns/refunds unless verified defective upon delivery:

• Compressor oils, soldering fluxes, or chemical sprays where the security seal has been opened or tampered with.
• Custom programmed microcontroller ICs or custom modified PCB boards damaged due to incorrect installation by unauthorized technicians.
