1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HelpBro platform (website helpbro.in and HelpBro mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. HelpBro is operated by Ehsan Enterprises. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Marketplace Platform Role

HelpBro Shopping & Assistant acts as a digital marketplace platform connecting HVAC technicians, service centers, and retail customers directly with independent component sellers, distributors, and OEMs for a minimal platform convenience fee.

3. Account & User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree that all information provided during registration and order placement (name, delivery address, GST number) is accurate and complete.

4. Pricing, Payments & Razorpay

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or inventory unavailability.

5. Limitation of Liability

HVAC components and electrical spare parts must be installed by qualified HVAC technicians. HelpBro and Ehsan Enterprises shall not be liable for damage or injury caused by improper installation, electrical surges, or unauthorized modifications.
